For students wishing to pursue a master’s degree after graduation from Hopkins, the university offers a competitive Direct Matriculation: International Studies B.A./M.A. Program drawing upon its resources at SAIS, located in Washington, D.C. Combining a liberal arts curriculum with a strong specialization in international studies, this five- or six-year program allows selected students the opportunity to pursue an intensive undergraduate international studies course of study with guaranteed enrollment in a two-year master’s degree at SAIS.
Students must indicate that they are applying for the SAIS DMP on their admissions application to the university and complete the Direct Matriculation Program: International Studies supplemental form by the application deadline.
Students admitted to SAIS through the DMP will have required courses to complete: Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, and Statistical Analysis I or II. Students must also maintain a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.5 to remain eligible. https://apply.jhu.edu/apply/direct-matriculation-programs/
