The Master of Studies in Sports Law and Negotiation provides students with a foundation that is focused on the legal issues pertaining to the sports industry for those who seek a master’s degree in this area. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the laws, regulation and industry standards that shape the sports sector, and an understanding of the contract formation and negotiation. The MSL in Sports Law and Negotiation can be taken on campus on a full-time basis, or online on a part-time basis and requires at least 24 units.
