The Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD) degree program brings together the complementary strengths of two world-class schools at USC to deliver a rigorous, integrated curriculum for students with a strong interest in real estate. Combining the Marshall School of Business’s expertise in financial valuation, capital markets, and a comprehensive business education, and the Sol Price School of Public Policy’s leadership in urban development and land use, the program equips students with both analytical depth and applied perspective. Courses, taught by leading research faculty, incorporate applied learning components that bridge classroom theory with real-world practice in real estate development, investment, and valuation, preparing graduates to lead and adapt in an evolving real estate industry.
