专业介绍

USC Dornsife 文学、艺术与科学学院的人口、健康与地点理学硕士（MS），要求 20 学分，常规学制 2 年。该项目由社会学系、Keck 医学院预防医学系与 Dornsife 空间科学研究所的教师共同授课，培养从事地理空间公共卫生应用研究的专业人才。学生无需撰写学位论文，而是修读人口学、生物统计学、流行病学与空间科学等领域的建模与计算方法课程。

Wilson, PhD The Master of Science in Population, Health and Place trains students for applied professional research in geospatial public health, led by faculty from the USC Dornsife Department of Sociology, the Department of Preventive Medicine of the Keck School of Medicine of USC and the USC Dornsife Spatial Sciences Institute. Students do not complete a thesis but take courses in various modeling and computation approaches in demography, biostatics, epidemiology and spatial sciences.
