The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership prepares professionals to lead with purpose, equity and evidence in complex organizational environments. Grounded in human-centered leadership principles, the program equips learners with the skills to foster inclusive cultures, strengthen communication and trust, and guide organizations through change using data-informed decision-making.  In addition to core courses, students select elective course work in a specialization for context-specific application. Across course work, students engage in applied learning, reflective practice, and real-world problem solving that strengthen their ability to lead teams, manage projects, navigate cross-cultural and high-stakes environments, and support learning and organizational effectiveness across sectors. The degree requires a minimum of 24 units and is delivered only online. For admission requireme
