The Master of Science in Semiconductor Science and Technology is designed for students interested in the multidisciplinary field of Semiconductor Science and Technology. This program aims to prepare students with the knowledge in the underlying physical principles (from phenomenological to atomistic), materials science and engineering (from material processing to characterization and electronic properties) and circuit-level (building logic gates towards computing and information processing) knowledge concerning semiconductors. This degree is awarded in conformity with the general requirements of the Viterbi School of Engineering. It requires at least 28 units.
