The Chase L. Leavitt Graduate Building Science program in the USC School of Architecture focuses on cross-disciplinary, climate resilient, data driven, digital design. The Master of Building Technology curriculum emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, data analysis and design strategies for climate responsive and low carbon building design, including zero energy systems and building decarbonization.  Graduates pursue careers as building science consultants, specialists in architecture firms, government advisers, firm principals, or continue toward doctoral study. The program draws on the expertise of faculty and alumni who have contributed significantly to the field, supported by established facilities and a history of collaborative research and scholarship.
