专业介绍

南加州大学 Dornsife 文理学院的物理生物学理学硕士（MS），学制两年，要求 32 学分。该项目面向具备物理、化学、生物、数学与工程背景、希望接受侧重理论、计算与实验方法的生物物理研究训练的学生，师资来自 USC 多个院系，研究领域涵盖结构生物学、神经科学、膜生物物理、细胞生物物理与理论生物物理。学生通常以研究型论文方向录取，特殊情况下才考虑非论文方向。

The Master’s Program in Physical Biology is designed for students who have backgrounds in physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics and engineering, and who are motivated to pursue training in biophysical research that emphasizes theoretical, computational, and experimental methods. The training faculty in the  program includes faculty members from multiple departments at USC who have research programs in areas including structural biology, neuroscience, membrane biophysics, cellular biophysics and theoretical biophysics. Students are usually admitted to the program on the research-based thesis track; however, in special circumstances applications to the non-thesis track will be considered.AdmissionApplicants to the program will normally have earned a bachelor’s degree and completed course work in mathematics (including calculus), physics, chemistry and biology.
