Viterbi 工程学院电气与计算机工程理学硕士，面向电气与计算机工程领域的深入研究。除学院通则外另有明确要求：至少 28 学分；其中至少 19 学分须为 500 或 600 级课程；最多 3 门课（不超过 12 学分）可计 400 级；至少 20 学分须为电气工程（EE）课程，其余非 EE 课程须为技术类并事先获得导师书面批准。全部学位课程 GPA 不低于 3.0。可选论文方向，论文方向需至少 16 学分为 500 级并完成 EE 594a／594b。

In addition to the general requirements of the Viterbi School of Engineering, the Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering is also subject to the following requirements: (1) a total of at least 28 units is required; (2) every non-EE course for graduate credit requires prior written adviser approval recorded each semester on a special request form in the student’s department file; (3) no more than three courses (maximum 12 units) may be counted at the 400-level – at least 19 adviser-approved units must be taken at the 500- or 600-level; (4) at least 20 units must be taken in electrical engineering, those not in EE require written adviser approval and must be technical in nature.
