The Master of Science in Project Management offers a practical business perspective needed by project managers. - Prepare resources and communications management plans for projects, addressing diversity and inclusion, ethical considerations, and overall impact of projects.
- Utilize strategic planning tools to develop an enterprise project portfolio business case.
- Develop subsidiary plans for each project management knowledge domain.
