Designed for students who wish to work in performance, church music, or teaching. Those who wish to teach in elementary or secondary schools should pursue a curriculum within the Department of Music Education. Applicants should have a secure grasp of technique and musicianship from piano study.The Bachelor of Music in Organ Performance and Sacred Music requires a minimum of 120 credits: coursework is 75% within SMTD and 25% within the liberal arts.
