About the programme

Mathematics is a scientific language used to understand structures and solve problems in many areas of society. The MSc in Mathematics teaches you proficiency in this language.

The programme gives you plenty of academic freedom. You can choose from a variety of courses, for example within algebra, analysis, geometry, topology, or the didactics of mathematics. Thus, you can design a course of study that matches your preferred career track. You can also study mathematics with a minor subject.
