Why this program?
In the Strategy, Organization and Innovation minor study program, you will examine the strategic orientation and organizational design of companies in dynamic and complex environments. The aim is to develop skills for analyzing organizational challenges, formulating effective strategies and designing innovative solutions, while taking ethical and sustainability-related aspects into account.
You will acquire skills in the areas of strategic analysis, organizational design, governance, corporate responsibility, innovation and strategic change, enabling you to make informed decisions in dynamic environments. Practical modules such as the UZH Innovathon or organizational consulting projects enable you to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems. All courses provide a comprehensive overview of the latest approaches from research and practice.
The minor study program thus provides a solid understanding of strategic and organizational leadership as well as problem-oriented insights into the structures and fundamental interrelationships of strategy, organization and innovation.
